Frequently Asked Questions

Does eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

As long as your eyelash artist is not applying too long or thick of an extension and with proper isolation your natural lashes will not be damaged. Just think, if your natural lashes get damaged, WE are out of a job. We want to keep you around forever! We do like to remind clients that if they take a break from their extensions, you may experience Lash Shock. This is what seems like your natural lashes are damaged or shorter than you remember. This is because you got use to a longer, thicker extension on your natural lashes.

Does the application of eyelash extensions hurt?

Absolutely not, typically you don’t even feel me working on your eyes. Our goal is to make your experience relaxing. The majority of my clients tend to fall asleep during their appointments. Bonus for all you ladies that need a break. How often do we get to be free of electronic devices, kids, work, spouses that we can completely relax?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Afterpay, cash, credit card and Venmo.

Do you accept clients with previous work from other Lash Stylists?

We do accept clients from other lash artists as long as your natural lashes are healthy and not damaged from too long or thick of an extension. You will need to book your appointment as a foreign fill. There is a one-time additional fee associated with your first appointment and additional time has been set aside for a consultation to discuss your current lashes and the pros and cons of having lashes applied from another artist.

What is your cancelation policy?

As a courtesy to my business and other clients, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Client’s more than 15 minutes late is considered a no show and will be required to pay cancellation fee.

Cancellation fee is required to be paid before you are able to book new appointment.

We currently have a waiting list and typically can get an appointment filled when given advance notice.

Is it safe to get eyelash extensions while I am pregnant?

I use a recliner which means you will not be lying flat for an extended period of time. Please note due to hormone levels in your body you may experience different retention then you did when you were not pregnant. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
